Varimo is based in Ulcinj, on Bulevar Teuta, so in Ulcinj and around we come fastest — for measuring, installation and urgent repairs. We work for owners of houses, villas and apartments, hospitality venues and contractors.

Salt and wind: what Ulcinj demands from steel

Ulcinj is one of the most exposed towns on the coast: Velika Plaža, Ada Bojana and Štoj have constant wind and salt in the air, and in town houses are often only a few dozen metres from the sea. A painted fence without proper preparation fails fast here. So for Ulcinj we mostly suggest galvanising plus paint, powder coating and stainless steel for handrails and balconies.

For sliding gates near the beach we recommend cantilever systems with no ground track: sand and gravel cannot jam the wheels.

Town and Old Town, Pinješ, Meraja, Kodre, Totoši, Štoj, Velika Plaža and Ada Bojana, Kruče and Valdanos, and villages towards Vladimir. Just send the location on Viber.

Season

Building work on the coast is restricted during the tourist season. We plan installation within municipal rules — spring jobs are best agreed in winter.
